DEAR LULU SHOPPERS - on Saturday, July 16, LuLu experienced a technical difficulty with its mail-sending program. Planet LuLu only sends 1 to 3 emails regarding any one sale or event.
On the 16th, our system inadvertently continued to send event emails to our shoppers. We appreciate your emails letting us know that our system was repeating itself. Your continued support helped us derail this totally irritating problem. We then immediately took action and corrected the issue! While we take full responsibility for this unfortunate error, the web-world is not a perfect one.
It is NOT our policy to send multiple emails regarding our events. We take great care to not over-email. I'm hopeful that you know this.and that you could see that was an error.and not done intentionally!
